Jean's Chicken
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cream cheese & Chives
Bacon
Butter
Seasoning salt
Pound chicken breast to 1/4 " thickness and liberally spread cream
cheese and chives on one side. Roll breast and secure with toothpick.
Wrap chicken with piece of bacon and dot with butter. Lightly
sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until chicken is
cooked. Then broil until bacon is crispy.
