There's two ways to deal with that problem.

1. Spray a heavy coat of 'EasyOff' oven cleaner on it and wait about twenty
minutes before hosing it off. If you manage to do this in the middle of the
oil spot in your driveway, you'll kill two birds with one stone. Don't mess
with the perfumy, no fumes junk. Use only the real thing. (Some of the
big box supermarkets sell their own brand of oven cleaner that's identical
in active ingredients to the name brands and 1/3 the price.)

2. Build a good hot fire in the grill and put the grate over it. After a
spell,
turn the grate over to get the other side. When you think you've got it
hot enough on both sides, take it off and let it cool down. When it's
cool, throw it down flatwise on the concrete as hard as you can. Most
of the remaining crap will fly off of it. Use the hose to finish the job AND
clean the crap off your driveway.
