Melinda,

It's hard because I'm not sure. I taste an unmistakable, strong -- almost
overpowering sometimes -- flower/reedy quality. When it's truly strong, it
does *not* grow on me, to say the least. I haven't gotten to the
shu/sheng/bamboo trichotomy yet.
