If the body is deprived of fat, it will go into "starvation" mode and
result in binge eating.

A reasonable amount of fat is needed in any diet. Exercise is what moves
those excess fat cells from the gut to the muscle, where they can be burned
as it was intended.

Use vegetable fats, like olive oil, avocado, rather than animal fats. Mono
unsaturated, rather than poly-unsaturated or saturated fats.
