Pizza crust baked on it's own is just bread... once baked it can never
be pizza, NOT EVER, regardless what it's topped with *after* baking...
then it's just a sandwich. You're one of those kulinary kooks who
thinks topping an English muffin and cooking it is pizza... NOT!
