Sorry for the delayed reply been away. Our insurance agent Great
Argonaut has assured us they cover all products manfactured in our
restaurant. Since we make the sauce at the store and we have to have
insurance on the store it's all covered under an umbrella policy.

I believe we have 1mil liability and our total package is around 800 a
month. Please note, we insure multiple restaurants and therefore get a
break on our pricing because of that.
