The Kitchen Aid grinder attachment is too small for proper grinding,
essentially it's a toy. And considering that attachement sells for $40-$50 it
makes no sense not to add a few dollars more and buy a real grinder, a
dedicated grinder, one that won't ruin that perfectlly good piece of meat you
spent good money for by turing it into mush, one that will grind all sorts ot
ingredients that won't even fit into that stupid plastic toy.

For the price this is probably the best of the lot:
