"Clone" recipes?
I notice talk in the beer-brewing newsgroup about making "clones" of
various commercial brews, but I haven't found anything similar about
wines.
I'm primarily a mead-head, so I really don't know much about wine
beyond "red", "white", "dry", "sweet", and "fruity". My SO's taken
a liking to Quady's Electra Red. Does anyone have a recipe for
something similar?
