Delicious Welsh Cakes
For all you Gals and guys out there who are not Welsh ! Do try this
recipe for
Traditional Wesh Cake, Make them for Christmas, and put them in the
Freezer...
WELSH CAKES
8oz SR Flour
3oz Sugar
4oz Margerine
4oz fruit
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2 tbs Milk
Pinch of Salt
Method
Rub together Salt, Flour, Nutmeg, Marg, Sugar. Add Egg and
Gradually add milk, if needed. Roll out and cut in fairly thick
Rounds. Cook on a well Heated Bakestone... Enjoy !
