Lemon Mayonnaise
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
Finely grated zest of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.
The sauce will keep for about a week.
Makes 2 cups. Per tablespoon: 70 calories, no carbohydrate, no protein, 7g
fat, 5mg cholesterol.
