Seems to me like this recipe ought to be called "Sweet Pineapple Teriyaki
Sauce", since the amount of JD is so vanishingly small. Or maybe you could
add 1/32nd TSP of allspice and call it "Jerked Sweet Pineapple Teriyaki
Sauce".
