I made Pad Thai from scratch for my gardener and his GF. I had leftover
meatloaf, mashed potatoes with onions and cheese, green beans and one of the
oatmeal rolls that I made last night. I put cinnamon in them. The recipe
made a ton and most are already gone.
Am cooking brown rice now. Will probably cook beans tomorrow. Leftover
rolls, some Pad Thai and a bean soup that I pulled from the fridge. Not sure
if it has bacon or not. If not, I'll do a salad with bacon.
Pot roast for Monday with carrots, onions, green beans and potatoes.
Got some very good prices at Winco today.
