Allow me to go simple with my version of the Ultimate GC sandwich.
Two slices of white bread, buttered on the outside.
Add one or two slices of the dreaded American Cheese Product
Add one thin slice of a good homegrown tomato plus S&P.

That so works for me.

Now that I said that....it's lunch for me today!
