Cranberries. And some good quality butter.

Also, since this is a *baking newsgroup, I should point out that there
are numerous excellent recipes for pumpkin bread, pumpkin muffins,
pumpkin cake. A friend of mine mixes canned pumpkin pack into his
pancake batter.
