Um, can you specify if you want a particular cuisine?

My wife always satisfies the crowd with a Cuban favorite (Morros y
Cristianos,) Moors and Christians (black beans mixed with white rice,)
and two pork butts BBQ or slowly cooked in the oven. A salad, some fried
green and ripe plantains, and some flan (easy to make,) for dessert.
Lots of wine also : )
