VERY gently heat it in a (preferably) stainless saucepan until the wax melts
and rises to the top.
Chill and peel the wax off .
Or run it through a grinder and place in a cheese cloth bag and let the
honey drain off .
Commercial operations use a hot knife to cut the caps off the cells and then
centrifuge to expel the honey.
