What we eat varies greatly. My breakfast is almost always toast. Some
people have cold cereal or oatmeal. Although you can now get biscuits and
gravy in restaurants, I don't know of too many people who eat this at home.
Yogurt or cottage cheese are common for breakfast too. Quick and no
cooking.
