Poultry shears...
Let's see....I use my Farberware ( cheapish ) shears to cut thru chicken skin, cut bacon slab into quarters for freezing, plunge into a bowl of whole skinned tomatoes to chop up.....I may have used to cut thru chicken backbone a few times.
They shears also have a nifty bottle openener in the mix.
I think they are worth having.
