Which picture are you seeing?

Do you mean refined fructose or fructose as part of fruits?
He does seem to prefer MUFA/n3 (canola/olive/flax/walnut/fish) over
PUFA/SFAs (sunflower/corn/peanut/butter/animal fats and even coconut
oil).
