forgot to mention that bananas were in the green-amber zone and canteloupes in the amber
one. so bananas are slightly better for you if they're green-tipped, not overripe. dried
dates, dried figs and rasins are examples of amber-red. grapefruit, nectarine and all
sorts of berries are green. there are no items in green-green or red zones for fruits.
