Default 2011-10-02 Breakfast

Sometime ago I made an apricot-chipotle sauce. To use up some of the
leftovers, today's breakfast was a cheese (mimolette) omelet with that
sauce and some sour cream on top. I had the omelet with sourdough
toast and cafe au lait.
