Default Weak wine

I've used the Selection kits before and have had reasonably good results.
You seem to have followed all the steps and altho the wine won't won't be
very smooth at this stage it should be weak. My favorite styles are Barolo
& Amarone which are perhaps more full bodied
than the Cab Sav\Merlot. I'd suggest you take a bottle to the store where
you bought the kit and ask them for their opinion.
