Hey....
ALL food is good.
Meat is very good.
Vegetables are good. Stay AWAY from starchy vegetables, like corn.
Eat only SMALL amounts of fruit. Stay AWAY from grapes & bananas.
Eat only SMALL amounts of potatoes, rice, and noodles (ALL food starch will break down in your stomach and becomes 100% sugar!).
When you cook noodles, UNDER cook them so they are a bit hard. Do NOT eat mashed potatoes. The longer it takes for food to break down in your stomach, the better!
