Default Tonight's dinner.

It was less than thrilling for me. I am trying to let my food supply run
down. I had stocked up for that snow that we didn't get. Well we did get a
day of it but we certainly weren't snowed in.

I think something valuable might possibly have dropped behind my fridge. I
don't actually see how it could because it does seem to be butted up against
the wall and it is tight to the cabinets on both sides. But I had put it on
the top of the fridge towards the back and it is no longer there. I
searched where it would have landed if it fell and no dice. So I am trying
to let the food run low because with a loaded fridge, I can not move it. I
tried!

Anyway... I had a toasted cheese using the remains of an assorted cheese
package from Costco. This was the same cheese I used last week. It was
good with the veggies in it but not so good with them not in it. I did eat
some carrots and red bell pepper strips.

Tomorrow I will cook that lone chicken breast (I hope it defrosts) for
Angela and I will have a hamburger patty. I have a few Yukon Gold potatoes
that I will pan fry. I had some kind of rose potatoes...the actual name
escapes me...but they had gone too rooty for my liking. The last time I ate
potatoes with roots I got violently ill. Will have some more baby carrots
and probably open a can of black olives. We like the Black Pearl. I get
them by the case at Costco.
