No one can really tell what to get, if you are comfortable with the offset,
you may want to stay with what you know. Most cookers 'leak' but most folks
seal the gaps with high temperature silicon, it's colored red. This includes
the door, have you tried it yet? Going with an egg limits the amount of meat
you can cook compared to an offset.
