Have you checked the yeast?
If you have followed your old and proved recipe or the one in the
manual and found the bread didn't rise, it seems to me that yeast is
the problem.
Maybe you can check if the yeast is still alive and you place the
ingredients in the right order (yeast is the last to put and cannot be
touched by salt or suger).
