Blanch cauliflower. Make a bechamel. Cut up a bunch of sharp cheddar
cheese. Put cheese in bechamel. Let it melt. Stir sauce well. Put
cauliflower in baking dish. Poor cheese sauce over cauliflower. Bake.
Eat.
