Cachaca Batidas
Sometimes blended drinks get a bad rap for being overly sweet, but not these beauties. They’re Batidas (Brazilian frozen cocktails) and they’re well-balanced and made with fresh ingredients so it’s more like the perfect frozen treat on a warmer day. Whether you’re on spring break in some tropical locale, or just dusting off the grill and enjoying some spring sun, these make for a fantastic spring drink! Cheers!
Coconut Batida
2 oz Leblon Cachaça
2 oz Cream of coconut
1 oz whole milk
1/4 oz simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a blender with cracked ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with roasted coconut flakes
Kiwi Strawberry Batida
2 oz Leblon Cachaça
1/2 fresh kiwi
6 fresh strawberries
1 oz condensed milk
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
Combine all ingredients in a blender with cracked ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with a strawberry.
