$1.15/pound for "pork shoulder blade roast" at Seattle-area Safeway stores.
Big flabby boneless pork shoulders are $1.39/pound at the local Costco, and
somewhat cheaper at Cash N' Carry. I greatly prefer the smaller roasts from
Safeway. The yield is much higher percentage-wise and IMO the flavor is
way better too. I try to buy the shoulder blade roasts in the mid-4# sizes
and not the larger ones as the smaller ones taste better to me.
