In defense of Ohio BBQ (pardon the bourgeoisie folks in Columbus):

There are several outstanding local BBQ chains in Cleveland:
- Whitmore's
- Hot Sauce Williams

There are also at least 20 single-location shops of varying quality,
some of which are excellent.
