Default Flatulence-producing foods

>>> there are only a few vegetables
>>> which are notorious for odor, such as cauliflower and radish.

>> Flatulence-producing foods are typically high in certain
>> polysaccharides …

Nonsense, offensive odors emanating from the human and/or its feces
are the result of consuming far too much protein, especially cooked
protein.

The odors in human meat-eaters’ feces, and from other body fluids, is
created by putrefactive bacteria residing in the large colon. They
metabolize –undigested- peptides and produce the offensive odors,
indole, skatole, putrescine, cadaverine,… ALL of which are amine
compounds. Amines contain the chemical entity –NH2.
Since amine groups enter the body ONLY in proteins, -undigested-
proteins must be the source of the amine radical. There are NO amines
in carbohydrates or fats: baby biochemistry.
OTOH, IF animal protein IS properly and completely digested into its
component amino acids, and they were successfully transported into the
cells, there would be NO “body odors” since amino acids have no
offensive odors. QED.
There are two fundamental issues created by consuming dead, rotting
animal corpses: quantitative and qualitative. Quantitatively, far too
much protein is consumed in animal products, nuts/seeds, beans,
pulses, … Qualitative barriers to efficient digestion is caused by
the undeniable fact that proteins are denatured by the high
temperatures of cooking, and that renders them indigestible.
Of course, stinky meat-eaters will lie about this based only on their
vast lack of personal experience, and no doubt insult me, personally,
for that is all they are skilled at. But the truth is that ANYone may
simply stop eating animals and dairy, and their offensive body,
breath, and menstrual odors WILL gradually disappear as the body
detoxes itself.
Anyone may receive these benefits by simple dietary change; even
Dragonbreath. ALL it takes is a little commitment to experiential
dietary reform.
Decades-old stink will disappear, permanently.
But, loyal to their self-destructive life-“style”, and anicentric
intellectual dysfunction, they will not have the interest or courage
to do this simple experiment, and thus remain stinky social pariahs.

They deserve their stink as a warning to decent people to stay away
from the Self-Poisoned Ones.
And, the biochemically-deprived ignorantti get what they deserve.
