I don't think Julia Child would have ever called something "Julia's New Leek
and Potato Soup" - and then presented a dull version of vichysoise served warm.

All over the internet you will find people who love "Delia's Basque Chicken".
It's a great recipe - based on the old French version bt with some changes. I
first saw it on PBS (I forget the cook's name, but she was Italian) about
twenty years ago.
