It is a small world.

I tried this recipe last night:

http://www.recipes4us.co.uk/Pork%20a...rinatin g.htm

I used London Broil for the kabobs, skewered with soaked dried
apricots and Bay leaves. The beef was a leeeeeeetle-bit chewy, but
the flavor was quite good. Not what I remember from Mike's Kitchen,
his seemed more soy- or Worcesteshire sauce-based. Still quite
good.... maybe try a better cut of beef, or maybe a pork shoulder.

Afterwards, IDAGS on "Malay kabobs" and found a whole slug of other
recipes. This grilling new recipes is kinda' fun between smoker runs.
