Jim, while the result isn't significantly different in calories from the
typical dry, grilled breast, the flavor puts it into "real" food
category. Please, take a bit of you wife's breast, if you do it like I
recommend, and you'll see how good it is. IMHO, it's decent to serve up
to company.
