Default Muskellunge (sp)? wine


Hello,

I have about 35 gallons of wild muskellunges that i would like to turn
into wine.But i have no clue how to go about doing it.Any help would be
great.

I have no idea what a Muskellunge is, but if a recipe exists, Jack
Keller

Default Muskellunge (sp)? wine

muskellunges are a bretty good sized predatory fish.

I do not think you will make a decent wine out of them.

Now muscadets can be made into a decent dry white wine and muscadines
can be made into a nice sweet wine that smells like gasoline.

Thanks, i wasn't sure on the spelling,but muscadines is what i have

Was in the woods all day working & found a S___Load of them and figured
i'd get some before the deer ate em all.

Gas smelling wine huh?

Muscadines are starting to make their way into comercial wines and even win
competitions. I know Jack Keller will have a lot to say about them.

I've mad wild muscadine wine and it turned out a little foxy but better than
some commercial stuff I've had.
