Default First timer blog

Hi,

I have long thought about giving this a go, (the amount of money my
wife and I spend on wine should have spurred me on long ago), but have
now decided to give it a go myself.

I am going to start a blog on this both to keep myself amused, and for
other first timers referral in the future.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have decided to start with a kit for ease, (All bits included, so I
can follow the instructions)

But alongside this I want to try a recipe from scratch. I will then
have something to compare it against.......
All hope now lies in my reading of Jack Kellers web page, and I have
heard no nad said about it.........you must remember that I have no
clue what all the technical stuff and chemical stuff is at present, but
will learn no doubt sooner than later.

Wish me luck everyone and watch this space...............

Dave
