Default sparkling apple juice

Hi,
I am making a sparkling apple juice with my corny keg and co2 bottle,
and it'll be a simple process of filling up the keg with juice and
pressurize it with about 20psi co2. My questions are how long I can
keep it? Do I need to add any additives to prevent spoilage? Any other
ways of making sparkling juice? Thanks.

I would sulfite it like you would any other wine. It's sealed so it
sounds like it would keep indefinitely but I have never done this.
