Default RECIPE

Search Jack Keller's web site.
http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/
His recipe for white Welch's is very good at 2 months old. I find it
declines badly after 9 months so plan on enjoying all of it young. It
should be about 12%. Stronger and it is gone to take a lot of aging. I am
not sure it would survive it.
