Default Foch & white Oak barrels

Winemakers

What will I gain by putting my Marechal Foch wine { 6 months old and
really clear } it's really a dry wine, into my white Oak barrels for a few
months, What can you tell me about this ???

a really dry better tasting wine,,,,,,the wood will add aroma and
taste......the aging will enhance its flavor. amount of time is up to
you....longer better if you can stand the wait.Donny
