A search with google will give you a lot of ideas. I make this type of wine in a 4 liter bottle. I use 3 cans of conentrate per batch 9each can of concentrate makes 1 1/2 quarts of juice) augmetned with 1 tsp of nutrient and 1/3 - 1/2 cup of sugar. That way I do not have to add so much sugar or any acid. I know jack kellers recipe uses 2 cans per gallon. it takes about a week to ferment out, I then rack off of sediment, add sulfite and sorbate./ wait a week sweeten with a sugar syrup and bottle it for 6 mo to a year. |

The one that many of us follows is on Jack Keller's Web site.
http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/request121.asp I have had good luck with the white but not with the red. Others make the red all the time.
