I'm looking for detailed recipe for a small quatity of loquat wine. The
only wine I've made from the fruit with any success has been citrus (orange and grapefruit) wine. Can you help? -- Posted via Mailgate.ORG Server - http://www.Mailgate.ORG |

Bob-
The standard answer when anyone posts a question that starts "Does anyone have a recipe for XXX ?" is to send them to Jack Keller's website. Jack has an excellent site, and is clearly the best resource on the web for non-grape wines. As usual, the standard answer works in this case. Here's a link to a recipe on Jack's site for loquat wine: http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/reques9.asp Doug |
