Default Loquat wine

I'm looking for detailed recipe for a small quatity of loquat wine. The
only wine I've made from the fruit with any success has been citrus
(orange and grapefruit) wine. Can you help?

Bob-
The standard answer when anyone posts a question that starts "Does
anyone have a recipe for XXX ?" is to send them to Jack Keller's
website. Jack has an excellent site, and is clearly the best resource
on the web for non-grape wines. As usual, the standard answer works in
this case. Here's a link to a recipe on Jack's site for loquat wine:
