Default Watermelon Wine Update

Started it three Tuesdays ago this coming TUesday. Clearing up well
with Sparkollois and doesn't taste bad yet. Alas, it really has no
taste at all. Tastes like fermented water. Besides some kind of
watermelon flavor, what can I use to give this wine some character?
