Sloe wine 2004, damson and sloe gins, raspberry or cherry beer, and to
go with the sweet course and cheese, Chateau les Sablines Monbazillac
2000. Last night we had a company Christmas dinner, and had (among
others) a Conde de Valdemar Gran Reserva 1997 Rioja, which was an
absolute monster. Mmmm. )

cheers,
robin

A.J. how did the Peach Perfection come out. I made it when I first started
making wine 25+ years ago and liked it. Then I made a batch 2 years ago and
was disappointed.
