Hi, I new to this ng and I need some help I have some yeast for rice wine that I bought about three to four years ago. I kept in a plastic containers and I am wondering if it is still good. Further, are there any ways I could test the yeast? Thank you for your help. |

Throw it away and buy some more just before you are going to use it!

From what I have read the yeast should last about a year if it has been
refrigerated and the package hasn't been opened. David "Charles" wrote in message ...
