Default Malo activity

My fresh ruby-cab juice fermented well back in October and seems now to have
gone into M/F activity. How long does this go on and can it be stopped?. The
tiny bubbles just keep a-coming...

ML is much less vigorous than the yeast fermentation. It could take weeks
or even months. Just give it time and don't try to stop it. You _don't_
want it to finish after you bottle! Trust me on that.
