Default Newbie Question about the frozen concentrate recipe

Hi all
The recipe on jack's website (welches 100% frozen concentrate) calls for
wine yeast.
Could someone tell me which to use?

I've used Lalvin 1122 with good results. Red Star Cotes de Blanc with
niagara did not fit my taste, it might suit others though. Personally
Im not much of a white wine fan or champagne for that matter unless it
champagne cognac...

I agree. I used Lalvin 71B 1122 and was very pleased with the results. It
is designed for fruity style wines meant to be drunk young and that was what
I was aimin' for and what I got. It was best when drunk from 2 months to 8
months old. Do not plan to age it long. IMHO ;o)
