I have just completed a very basic concord grape wine primary fermentation.
I made this 1/gal. recipe 5 days before making a 5/gal. recipe. I just wanted to say that I moved all I could of the 1/gal. recipe to its second stage today. The reason I say I moved all I could is I tasted it and tasted it and tasted it, at least 6 oz. of it. In the end I got 96 oz put away. The rest was the best I have ever tasted (not because I made it-yea right!). To the point-I read all your posts and yall have put me where I need to be to make my own, although I figured this and that changing the recipe to make it potent. Dear God, thank you, it is! I love nature. But thanks to all of you in the know and those that are not, but on their way, thank you too. If you had not already asked and got the answers I would have been here a lot longer trying. Ron |
