Default Jalapeno Mead

I took some liberties with Jack Kellers Jalapeno wine ingredients and
replaced the wine ingredients with honey and nutrient. It's only the
first rack but I can tell you now it will be incredible.

My thoughts were to make it into vinegar if it was undrinkable, but
that does not look necessary. I started with about 3 gallon, but
stretched it to 5 since it's very hot. I can see this as an
interesting blending wine (in very small quantities) also.

Joe
