Default Fresh grapes wine

Hi,

I finaly fixed my outlook newsgroup thing !

I tried a few weeks ago (8) to do some wine from grapes. I pressed
them, put sugar, it started at 1,092 and when I checked it last week, it was
still troubled (it will clarify itself in a few weeks) with a density of
1,008-1,010. Fermentation seems to had stopped. On taste, it taste like
water + grape juice (50/50 kinda mix). I added water but just a little bit
in the 5 gal. carboy.

I then decided to re-start the fermentation to continue the thing to get
a better taste. I activated the yeast, added 4 cups of sugar and (24h
later) it's seems dead. Somebody got an idea on what I can do or what's
wrong ?

Thank you,

Luc
