Default Faux Wax Seals

Thought you might be able to help me out...

I work for a glue company and using hot melt glue, we have made some
really nice faux wax seals in a variety of colors for holiday
envelopes and wedding invitations.

Has anyone tried this "faux" method for decorating the ribbons and
labels on their wine bottles?

Thank you, in advance, for your help.
